Mr. John Allard, Managing Director
Founder of South West Building & Maintenance Limited, John Allard started the company in September 1992. He has over 25 years of experience in the building industry, working on large fast track refurbishments, new build and small decorating projects. John has vast experience in the building industry, initially based on a handful of small local decorating contracts in the early days of the company: John’s drive and ambition has made Southwest Building & Maintenance Limited the very successful company it is today.
John retains the duties of preparing all project tenders and smaller quotations along with managing interim applications to final accounts on more major projects. He carries out all the site surveys assisted by Keith Burt when required. John Allard has the very highest standards and demands the same commitment from all his team in this very competitive industry we continually strive to set the pace in quality, service and standards. |

Mrs. Caroline Allard, Office & Accounts Manager
Caroline joined Southwest Building & Maintenance limited in 1997, from a blue chip company responsible for the maintenance and refurbishment of a large portfolio of commercial and domestic properties. Caroline added a blend of commercial experience and expertise; she is responsible for the smooth day to day management of the office. Her duties also include day to day accounting which is a vital part of the administration support provided to our clients, managers and field operatives. Her role is vital in the ever expanding growth of Southwest Building Maintenance Limited.
